Data deletion
You can delete your InboxConsent data at any time. This will:
- Remove your preference settings
- Mark your account as deleted (we keep a record that you requested deletion for compliance)
- Stop brands from receiving any suppression signal for your email hash
After deletion, you can sign up again with the same email and set new preferences if you wish.
How to delete: If you are signed in, go to your dashboard and use the "Delete my preferences and account data" link, then confirm. If you are not signed in, sign in first, then follow the same steps.
